I clearly remember the day I phoned you, desperate to get relief from the endless pain I had in my back and consequently the sleepless nights as a result.

Over the previous 9 months the pain was worsening and I felt I could not cope much longer. After having 2 cortisone treatments, which incidentally did not achieve anything, and being advised against surgery, I searched the internet and found your website.

After reading your book Lower Back Pain, which I found very helpful and interesting, you have kindly given me further literature to read and now I have a greater understanding of how my body works and will endeavour to do the best I can to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My only regret is that I am unable to take the herbal medicine, however you have been very understanding with regards the reason.
